Set update date - Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center

Business Central version 27.0 is now available. I recommend updating the update date to be the furthest date possible. Not because I don't trust the update, but because you want to test your processes in a Sandbox environment first, especially if you have customizations (PTEs).

Here are the steps to set your update date.

  1. Log into the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center
  2. Select the Production environment
  3. Select Update Settings > Set update date
  4. Update Date is the field you want to update with the desired date the Schedule update
  5. Verify the new scheduled update date on the environment page
